  • Footballer who survived Colombian plane tragedy was reading Bible

It was reported that the footballer who survived was reading Bible passage about being safe 'in the shadow of your wings' before crash it emerges as his book is found

The bible, belonging to Chapecoense centre back Helio Neto, was found at the scene of the crash and has been handed to the footballer's wife.

His wife said Neto, who is still fighting for his life in hospital, is deeply religious and takes the religious scripture with him everywhere.

A bookmark had been inserted next to Psalm 63, which talks about being safe in the shadow of God's wings and about thinking of God in bed.

In detail it says: 'On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night; Because you have been my help; Then I will rejoice in the shadow of your wings.

'My soul follows you closely; Your right hand upholds me.'

Video footage shows journalist Roberto Cabrini at the scene of the wreckage and noticing the book, with a note inside saying it belongs to the defender, who is in a critical condition.

The reporter can be seen visibly shaking as he realises what it is.

He reads with a shaky voice the name that is printed on the inside of the cover, as behind him we can see the wreckage of the crash.

Mangled parts of the plane can be seen in the background and Cabrini is later seen taking the bible to the wife of Neto, who smiles as she realises what she is being given.

Neto's condition has been described as 'delicate' by doctors who said they regularly have to 'stabilise' him as he has a 'serious pulmonary infection.'

  • How to Get A US VISA

    E-2 Treaty Investor Visa Petition
An E-2 Visa is one of the nicest working visas as it allows you to run your own business and be an entrepreneur. While it periodically needs to be renewed, you can stay here in the U.S. as long as you like on the E-2. Normally, this type of E-2 Visa would require and investment around $100,000U.S. to successfully process. The more capital investment that is required for the business, the higher the investment. Additionally, your spouse and unmarried children under 21 years old can come as beneficiaries to your approved E-2. Your children will be able to go to school in the U.S. without having to get a separate student visa (as long as they are not in college.) The spouse will be permitted to apply for a work permit to work anywhere in the United States.  A great deal of the success of the E-2 Petition is how it is prepared. The higher the investment, the easier it is to get approved. The type of company that would either be purchased or the type of company that would start from scratch is wide open depending on what you would like to do.
This petition is usually 2-4 inches thick. It consists of the petition itself, the complex business plan with numerous charts and figures, and the incorporation papers. Once submitted directly to the Consulate, it takes a few months for approval. The E-2 is a complicated U.S. Visa Petition and requires years of experience to do it properly. There are many issues that must be dealt with and argued in the petition itself such as marginality, substantiality, ownership, managerial vs. executive, tracing of funds, etc. My firm will get everyone of these issues and more properly addressed in the legal brief and the E-2 Presentation. Simply having the money to invest is only the start. My firm has been doing these petitions for years and the procedures for the briefs, incorporation, and complex business plan are in place and will be done correctly, efficiently and with the highest chance of success. It can also be submitted to U.S. Immigration for a change of status. However, keep in mind that with a change of status, you cannot keep that status when you leave the U.S. It is normally preferable to send the package directly to the U.S. Consulate or U.S. Embassy for adjudication.

  • The State Department continues to warn U.S. citizens of the risks of travel to Ethiopia

The State Department continues to warn U.S. citizens of the risks of travel to Ethiopia due to the potential for civil unrest related to sporadic and unpredictable anti-government protests that began in November 2015. The U.S. Embassy's ability to provide consular services in many parts of the country may be limited without warning due to the government's restrictions on mobile and internet communications and the unpredictable nature of the current security situation. This replaces the Travel Warning of October 21, 2016.

The Government of Ethiopia declared a State of Emergency effective October 8, 2016 that includes provisions allowing for the arrest of individuals without a court order for activities they may otherwise consider routine, such as communication, consumption of media, attending gatherings, engaging with certain foreign governments or organizations, and violating curfews. Additionally, the Government of Ethiopia routinely does not inform the U.S. Embassy of detentions of U.S. citizens in Ethiopia. The full text of the decreeimplementing the State of Emergency is available on the U.S. Embassy's website.

Internet, cellular data, and phone services have been periodically restricted or shut down without warning throughout the country, impeding the U.S. Embassy's ability to communicate with U.S. citizens in Ethiopia. You should have alternate communication plans in place, and let your family and friends know this may be an issue while you are in Ethiopia. See the information below on how to register with the U.S. Embassy to receive security messages.

Avoid demonstrations and large gatherings, continuously assess your surroundings, and evaluate your personal level of safety. Remember that the government may use force and live fire in response to demonstrations, and that even gatherings intended to be peaceful can be met with a violent response or turn violent without warning. U.S. citizens in Ethiopia should monitor their security situation and have contingency plans in place in case you need to depart suddenly.

If you are living in or intending to travel to Ethiopia, please refer to the Safety and Security section of the Country Specific Information for Ethiopiafor additional useful information.

Due to the unpredictability of communication in the country, the Department of State strongly advises U.S. citizens to register your mobile number with the U.S. Embassy to receive security information via text or SMS, in addition to enrolling in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).

    For further information:

    • See the State Department's travel website for the Worldwide CautionTravel Warnings, Travel Alerts, and Country Specific Information for Ethiopia.
    • Enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive security messages and make it easier to locate you in an emergency.

  • Crack any WiFi password using simple steps

It is very easy to find WiFi password using few cmd commands. This command works even when you are offline or you are connected to some other WiFi network. Using this command, we can further optimize our particular WiFi network like turning on some features such as mac randomization, changing the radio type of your WiFi etc.
whenever we connect to a WiFi network and enter the password to connect to that network, we actually make a WLAN profile of that WiFi network. That profile is stored inside our computer along with the other required details of the WiFi profile.
These steps work even when you are totally offline or you are not connected to the particular wifi you are looking the password for.
How to know the WiFi password using cmd:
1.Open the command prompt and run it as administrator.
    2. In the next step, we want to know about all the profiles that are stored in our computer. So, type the following command in the cmd:
    netsh wlan show profile
This command will list out all the WiFi profiles that you have ever connected to.
    3. Type the following command to see the password of any WiFi network:
netsh wlan show profile WiFi-name key=clear
    4. Under the security settings, in the ‘key content’, you see the WiFi password of that particular network.
Besides knowing the password, you can also use this result to further optimize your WiFi. For example, Under the profile information, you can see mac randomization is disabled. You can turn on mac randomization feature to avoid your location tracking based on the device’s MAC address.

Here is how to turn on mac randomization on Windows 10:

1.Go to settings and click on ‘Network & internet’
2.Choose the ‘WiFi’ in the left pane and click on the advanced option.
    3. Turn on the ‘Random Hardware Address’ feature under this settings. If your wireless hardware does not support this feature, the “ Random Hardware Addresses ” section will not show up at all in the settings app.
Once you have turned this on, you are done.
Also, under the connectivity settings, in radio type, you can see the whole list. Channel interference could be another reason for a slow WiFi. So, next time, you might also like to change the radio type settings for a better speed.
As far as radio type is concerned, you can also change that in your router for a better connection or connectivity.
If you are also aware of some more tricks and tweaks like this, please put them in the comment below. We would be happy to feature some of those in our next articles.

  • Gov’t contemplates shortening SoE duration

The Government of Ethiopia has been contemplating to cut down the duration of the state of emergency it has imposed throughout the country, Negeri Lencho (PhD) the new minister for Government Communication Affairs Office told journalists in his first presser.

The state of emergency declared on October 8, 2016 essentially targeted to restore order, ensure safety of the public and stability Negeri said in the press conference he gave late on Friday at his office, which is located off Africa Avenue.

“Two months after the enactment of the state of emergency, things are now returning back to normal,” the new minister said.

Therefore, according to Negeri, there is no reason to maintain the state of emergency for the period of six months.

This has also been notified to the diplomatic corps based in Addis Ababa during their recent meeting with the Prime Minister, Negeri said.

According to the communications minister, countries such as Germany, Spain and the UK are also responding by canceling their travel ban to Ethiopia. He further said that the government will likely release the mobile data connection after carefully assessing the situations.

Violent activities carried out in various parts of the country led to the loss of lives and enormous damage on private and public properties leading the government to decree a state of emergency for six months.
